Ajazz is an Okinawan soba noodle shop located near to Naha’s Aja Harbor. It is very popular in the local area. The shop is particularly proud of its original, finely-sized, angularly cut soba noodles with their distinctive chewy texture, served in a refreshing yet rich flavored soup made by slowly stewing pork bones.
