This observation spot is located at the Eastern base of Mt. Kinbu, and to the south you can see from Nobaruzaki all the way to Hirakubozaki, the northernmost cape of Ishigaki island. You'll find hibiscus flowers in the vicinity, and the path to the observation point takes about 10 minutes to walk.
